The Intermediate School serves our 5th and 6th grade students. Our teachers and staff are passionate about the opportunity to help our students navigate these incredibly important transitional years. In fact, our Intermediate School is designed to guide students in academic, emotional, social, and spiritual transition. Curriculum offerings are expanded, extracurricular opportunities are increased, and academic routine is introduced.
Intermediate students at Heritage study a rigorous curriculum that is centered on a strong biblical worldview. In addition to the traditional classroom setting, our students have opportunities to explore elective courses, including art, band, choir, orchestra and Spanish. The combination of traditional academics with these electives challenge our students to develop critical thinking skills while also allowing them to choose coursework based on their individual interests.
