James Houck ('10)

Update: James Houck and his wife, Kylie, who we profiled back in May, will be leading a group of current and former Wheaton College football players on a mission trip to the Dominican Republic in early March.

Andrew Brunett ('11)

Congratulations to Andrew Brunett, who was sworn into the Westfield Police Department back in December.

Eric Burke ('09)

Congratulations to Eric Burke '09 on his new position! Zimmer Chiropractic & Nutrition recently posted on their Facebook page that they're excited to welcome Dr. Eric Burke.

Craig Kaster ('91)

Craig began his career working for companies such as Delphi and Chrysler. In 2006, he joined Subaru as a Process Engineer overseeing 20 other engineers as they work together in the Trim and Final assembly areas of the Subaru plant.

Ariel Norris ('14)

Congratulations to 2014 HCS graduate, Ariel Norris, Butler University business student and semi-finalist for the National Retail Federation Next Generation Scholarship!

David Day ('84)

David Day '84 is currently a Sergeant with the Marion Police (Indiana) Department, where he has worked for nearly 25 years while also teaching history part-time.

Kirsten Davenport ('12)

Kirsten Davenport is currently the HR Manager for the Central Division for the Kroger Company, is studying for the LSAT, was recently named Miss Banks of the Wabash and competed in the Miss Indiana Pageant. 

Allison Martin ('00)

Allison Martin was recently featured in the Carmel Current for her initiative to help eliminate book deserts. Congratulations Allison for inspiring your students!

Sarah (Wilkins) Arosen ('10)

Sarah and her husband Kyle are missionaries in El Plan, Cortes, Honduras currently working with the Honduras Baptist Dental Mission spreading the gospel through medical and dental clinics.

Jennifer Nutter ('88)

For Jennifer Nutter, her grade school and high school alma mater is more than just a memory. In fact, she revisits the hallways and classrooms of the Elementary building every day, as one of the school’s most beloved teachers.

Kathryn Carpenter ('98)

Today, Kathryn is teaching music arranging, composing, recording, performing, and singing. She says that one of the greatest joys of music is continuing to grow, learn, and study.

Robert Vincent ('83)

Robert Vincent '83, has served on the pastoral staff of Mount Calvary Baptist Church in Greenville, SC, for almost 19 years. He says the primary work of his role falls under the title of Church Education and Outreach.

Sally Ferguson ('81)

Sally Ferguson, resident of Jamestown, New York has been a freelance writer since 1996. She works to encourage women and supply them with tools to navigate the world through God’s word.

Jeremy Height ('09)

Jeremy Height '09, and family, will be traveling to Dakar, Senegal to join the mission work of the Church of the Nazarene.

Megan Schrock ('15)

We’d like to thank Megan Schrock ‘15, who was our marketing intern over the summer. Megan attends Valparaiso University where she is studying Marketing with a Business Analytics minor.

Jess Wolfe ('04)

Jess Wolfe recently sparked media attention doing what most HCS alumni do, grocery shopping.

Phil Owen ('79)

Phil Owen works as a Senior Specialist at Rolls-Royce coordinating research and technology programs for a group of departments and coordinating improvements to the computer tools they use.

Ben Billman ('03)

Congratulations to '03 graduate Ben Billman, who recently received his doctorate and will be a professor of sports management at Carson-Newman University this fall.

Krista Hess ('13)

Krista Hess recently graduated with a major in Guitar Performance from Belmont University. At the urging of her professors, she is staying in the Nashville area to pursue a music career. 

Hayden Wynja ('17)

Congratulations to recent alumnus, Hayden Wynja, who was selected in the 30th round of the Major League Baseball First-Year Player Draft by the Atlanta Braves!
