Bailey Miller
High School Spanish Teacher
Bailey Miller teaches High School Spanish levels 1 and 3. Becoming a Spanish teacher was a natural fit for Bailey as she felt the Lord calling her into education and she has always loved learning about other languages and cultures. While pursuing her bachelor’s degree at Taylor University, Bailey had the opportunity to take three trips to Spanish-speaking countries. These experiences deepened her passion for teaching Spanish and affirmed her desire to share the language with others.
Bailey credits one of her Spanish professors at Taylor for telling her about the opportunity to teach at Heritage, and the Lord’s timing could not have been more perfect. In the classroom, Bailey shows her students the beauty of other cultures and languages. “We can all learn so much about the Lord through learning about the other people He has created around the world.”
Since joining Heritage, Bailey has been inspired by her colleagues and grateful to serve alongside them. “They all selflessly serve with such joy, and their love for our students is so evident in all they do!”
In her spare time, Bailey enjoys cooking, baking, photography, reading, writing, and performing on-stage (especially singing, dancing, and acting). She also loves hand embroidery and spending time outdoors.
