High School Computer Science & Physics Teacher

Welcome to Heritage, Christie Clements. Christie is a Computer Science and Physics teacher, who intends to show Christ’s love through her daily interactions with Heritage students and staff. Christie shared that while she was in college at Huntington University, she had a difficult time deciding what she wanted to do for her career. “I changed my major several times and nothing felt right” she said. So, she sat down and listed the things that she loved to do and working with children was at the top of the list. “Naturally, I decided that teaching would be the best fit for me.”

During her free time, Christie enjoys reading, working puzzles and playing board games. Something that families may not know about Christie is that during her freshman year of high school, she was her school’s mascot during basketball games. We look forward to Christie’s outpouring of school spirit during our games and events this school year as an Eagle!
