Kirsten Lopez

Preschool Teacher

Kristen Lopez is one of our amazing Preschool teachers in our Early Childhood Program. Kirsten enjoys helping children in her classroom experience the love of Jesus Christ and start a relationship with Him. Kristen felt called to teaching after being inspired by her mother, who was also a teacher. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Taylor University.

Kirsten credits attending church with connecting her to Heritage. “Within a few months of attending Hamilton Hills, I met several people who are a part of Heritage’s faculty and they encouraged me to apply for a position – and God opened the door!”

Outside of work, Kirsten enjoys hanging out with her husband and their friends. They enjoy playing pickleball and volleyball, going on walks, being at the pool, and many other outdoor activities.
