Tae Aye
3rd Grade Teacher
Meet Tae Aye, a valued member of our 3rd-grade team at Heritage Christian School.
Tae graduated from Taylor University with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education. While Tae was in school, she had the opportunity to student teach here at Heritage! She loves this community and thinks the people here are very welcoming.
Tae was born in a refugee camp, and her experience there inspired her to become an educator. “I wanted to become a teacher because I have always wanted to go to Thailand to teach in the refugee camps,” she said. “I realized that God has called me into this vocation to share my testimony with others.”
Tae is passionate about getting to know her students and showing them love and care. She is dedicated to helping them grow both academically and spiritually. She looks forward to seeing her students develop into Christ-followers, ready to make a difference in the world.
Outside of teaching, Tae enjoys hanging out with friends, cooking, reading, and traveling. She also enjoys continuing learning by watching educational series on YouTube. We are so excited to have Tae Aye here, and can’t wait to see how she impacts our community!
