Today we are featuring a relatively new face around the Heritage campus: Betsey Taylor. Although the 17-18 school year was Betsey’s first year at HCS, she is no stranger to the education field.
After attending the UC Santa Barbara, she spent her career at public schools and homeschool groups both in California and Indiana. She now works at Heritage as the Instructional Coordinator for the Director of Academic Innovation.
What makes Taylor a valuable asset to our team is her specific training at the Child Evangelism Leadership Institute, which taught her how children can best be taught the gospel and discipled in Christ.
She says what she’s loved most about her time at Heritage is “being a member of a team that brings amazing technological resources into the classroom” but “is most interested in the students’ walk with the Lord.”
Taylor is pictured above with her husband Bob (far left), her children, and grandchildren.
