We recently got to know new Prep-K teacher Lori McCullough.
Q: Where did you go to college and what did you study?
A: Texas A&M University-Commerce in Early Childhood Education.
Q: When did you know you wanted to be a teacher?
A: As I child, I played "school" all the time. I don't remember ever not wanting to be a teacher!
Q: When did you come to Heritage?
A: I came to Heritage as a substitute teacher in 2016 and then as a Prep-K teacher in 2017.
Q: What previous teaching jobs (or other jobs) have you held?
A: I have served on staff as a Children's Minister and taught grades Prep-K through 1st grade.
Q: What is your favorite part about teaching?
A: My favorite part of teaching is sharing Jesus with children.
Q: What is your favorite part about Heritage?
A: My favorite thing about Heritage is the teachers I work with! They love Jesus and it shows not only in the way they serve one another, but in the way the love their students. I consider it a tremendous blessing to teach with these ladies!
