Step 1: Discover Heritage
Step 2: Online Application
When you have determined that Heritage could be a good fit for your family, you are ready to apply. As part of the online process you will complete the online form,
provide contact information for a teacher and a church reference, upload your
student’s birth certificate, current grades and test results, and pay the non-refundable $65
application fee. Once submitted, you can

Note: We are no longer accepting applications for preschool and kindergarten for the 2019-20 school year.
Step 3: Interview/Assessment
Once we have reviewed your completed application, we will contact you to discuss next steps, which may include an interview and student assessment.
Step 4: Admissions Decision
Each student's application is carefully considered by the administration. All discussions regarding applications are held in strict confidence. Admission decisions consider the student’s potential for success at HCS and the parents' desire for a Christ-centered education for their children. Parents will be notified of the admissions decision in person or in writing; reasons for the decision are not disclosed to applicants. Heritage Christian School reserves the right to grant admittance only to students who we believe meet the criteria outlined in our admissions policy.
Step 5: Apply for Financial Assistance (optional)
Visit the Financial Assistance page for information and to apply for financial assistance through FACTS, our third party aid assessment company. Applicants for the upcoming school year may apply for financial assistance after January 1. FACTS charges a $35 fee to process your request. Applications received after March 31st will be processed as seats and funds are available.
Step 6: Enrollment
Once you are accepted and notified that a seat is available, you may reserve your spot by paying your non-refundable enrollment fee in person at our administration building or online through the link provided by admissions at the time of acceptance. Enrollment fees are $250 for the first student in your family, and $150 for each student thereafter. Once a grade level is full we may offer a wait list.
