Apply for Financial Aid
The Heritage Christian School financial aid program is designed to make a Heritage education possible for all families by providing assistance based on demonstrated financial need and available funds.
To ensure a fair and consistent process, Heritage is proud to partner with Clarity to assess each family’s level of need. The application considers factors such as income, assets, expenses, and debts.
- To get started, please go to the financial aid application and create an account. The application typically takes less than 30 minutes to complete and is mobile-friendly, allowing you to complete it from any device. You can also save your progress and return at any time. At the end of the application, US taxpayers will be asked to authorize the IRS to share a transcript of their W-2(s) and personal tax return. Clarity has found that US taxpayers who already have IRS.gov accounts before starting the application have a much easier time completing this verification process.
- There is a $65 fee per family to submit the application. You may also share your completed application with other schools that use Clarity at no additional charge. Simply use the dropdown menu within the application to select those schools.
- After submitting your financial aid application, return to your dashboard to confirm all requested documents have been uploaded and your application has been received.
Deadline
The priority deadline for completing the financial aid application including relevant supplemental documents is December 15 for both new and returning families. Because Clarity uses your tax return from two years prior, you should already have the necessary information available to meet this deadline. Applications submitted after this deadline will be reviewed on a rolling basis and aid awarded as funds are available.
