Marria Peduto ('18) has been making waves on the global stage! Recently, she received the prestigious Fulbright award, a testament to her outstanding academic prowess and commitment to creating positive change in the world.
After completing her studies at Indiana University, where she majored in international studies, East Asian languages and cultures, and sustainable food and marine systems, Marria's journey has led her to Bali, Indonesia. There, she will embark on groundbreaking research focused on the restoration and protection of Indonesia's coastal ecosystem.
Marria's passion for environmental sustainability and food security serves as an inspiration to us all. Her interdisciplinary approach to addressing global challenges highlights the importance of collaboration and innovation in creating a brighter future for our planet.
