Alumni Update

Myles Colvin ('23)

Myles Colvin • Class of 2023

April 27, 2026 Update

Myles Colvin is headed to a new program for his final collegiate season.

The Cincinnati Bearcats have added Colvin via the transfer portal, where he will join first-year head coach Jerrod Calhoun and look to make an immediate impact.

Colvin arrives after a strong season at Wake Forest University, where he started 24 of 35 games and averaged 11.6 points and 4.4 rebounds per game, finishing second on the team in scoring. His season included multiple standout performances, including 30+ point games and a buzzer-beating game-winner.

Prior to Wake Forest, Colvin spent two seasons at Purdue University, where he was part of the Boilermakers’ 2024 Final Four team and appeared in the national championship game.

Before his collegiate career, Colvin built an impressive résumé at Heritage Christian School. As a four-star, top-100 national recruit, he averaged over 19 points per game as a senior and 18 points per game as a junior while shooting over 40% from three-point range. He earned Indiana All-Star honors and was widely recognized as one of the top players in the state.

A versatile 6’5” wing, Colvin’s scoring ability, perimeter shooting, and all-around play helped set the foundation for his success at the next level.

Now, he looks ahead to his next chapter in Cincinnati with one season of eligibility remaining.
