Heritage recently had 5 high school VEX VRC teams and 7 elementary/middle school VEX IQ teams qualify for the Indiana VEX Robotics State Championship that took place remotely on Saturday, March 6th.

For high school, the top 50 teams in Indiana competed in a virtual "robot skills only" competition where teams performed their robot skills via Zoom with a referee. They were also interviewed about their robot design and programming by a judge.

  • 6210X finished 6th and received the Think Award for quality programming strategy (Justus Lockerbie, Lauren Meyers, Isaac Terrell)

For elementary/middle school, the top 100 teams in Indiana competed.
