Brenda Klingerman

Elementary School Principal

Meet Heritage’s long-standing Elementary Principal, Brenda Klingerman. She attended Cedarville University and completed a degree in elementary education and has a master’s degree from Ball State University.

She first began teaching 4th grade at HCS and when the beloved Mary Jane English was about to retire, transitioned to assistant principal, and then principal in the elementary school. She said she loved discipling kids as a teacher, but as a principal, “I have the privilege of going in and out of classrooms and interacting with every grade level.”

Mrs. Klingerman loves watching her students grow. She says, “I love that I get to watch our students start out in Kindergarten and then be present at their high school graduation."

This applies to her own family too. As of now, Mrs. Klingerman has not only sent all of her children to Heritage, but she also gets to see two of her grandchildren attend as well!
