Michelle Davis 

7th Grade Social Studies Teacher and Assistant Band Director

Meet Michelle Davis, 7th grade social studies teacher and announcer-extraordinaire for our middle school basketball games.

Michelle always knew she would be a teacher and thinks that God led her down the path towards this career at a young age. After graduating from Mooresville High School, she continued her education at Taylor University and earned a bachelor’s degree in Social Studies Education.

In her classroom, Michelle works to guide students through life and their growth in Christ. “I help teach them about different histories and cultures of the world to better understand their Creator.”

Outside of the classroom, Michelle loves sports! She is a big Indianapolis Colts fan and also enjoys going to Indianapolis Indians games. She is the assistant band director and also coaches softball at Mooresville High School. Michelle serves as the worship leader at her church and enjoys playing the guitar, ukulele, trumpet, and drums. She recognizes her parents as her heroes for “constantly giving and sacrificing their own needs for their children’s needs.”
