Board of Directors

The Board of Directors operates under the school's Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and Charter of Core Values. In fulfilling its responsibilities, the Board works in cooperation with the Head of the School (HOS) in providing oversight, direction, and accountability for the larger mission-driven issues facing the school. The Board of Directors hires the HOS to lead the school and is directly accountable to the Board for fulfilling the school's mission. The HOS utilizes a Leadership Team and others to deliver our educational and operational services.
