Discovering Passions Beyond the Classroom
At Heritage, we believe that growth and learning extend far beyond the walls of the classroom. That’s why we encourage our students to explore their interests and grow their talents through our variety of clubs and organizations. From intermediate to high school, there’s something for everyone!
These activities not only provide opportunities for fun and connection, but also help students develop leadership skills, uncover their spiritual gifts, and pursue their God-given passions.

Robotics
With more than 100 students in grades 5–12, Heritage Robotics is one of our most robust student programs. Students develop skills in engineering, programming, problem-solving, collaboration, and project management while designing and building robots for VEX competitions.
Heritage teams have earned recognition at the state, national, and world championship levels, but the program’s focus extends beyond trophies.
Robotics challenges students to think creatively, work as a team, persevere through setbacks, and grow as innovators.
Mock Trial
Heritage Mock Trial gives students in grades 6–12 the opportunity to build real-world courtroom skills while working alongside local attorneys and other professionals. Students serve as attorneys and witnesses, learning to analyze complex cases, construct persuasive arguments, communicate effectively, and think on their feet under pressure.
Heritage has been one of Indiana’s top Mock Trial programs for more than 25 years, with numerous regional championships, consistent appearances at the State Finals, and a 2022 Indiana State Championship. Along the way, students develop confidence, poise, teamwork, and skills that prepare them well for college and beyond.
