Spiritual Theme

The annual spiritual theme is a springboard for classroom conversation, our athletics teams, and clubs. From our preschool students to high school seniors, the theme unites our students around a common idea that’s grounded in spiritual truth.

Transform

2024-25 Spiritual Theme: Transform

Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

- Romans 12:2 -

We are excited to announce the spiritual theme for the 2024-25 school year based out of Romans 12:2.

Resist conformity and embrace the transformation that comes with Jesus Christ. During the year we will learn how Romans 12:2 challenges us to live distinctly from the world, actively engage in spiritual growth and transformation, and pursue God's will wholeheartedly. It encourages us to seek God's perspective on life and to allow His truth to shape our thoughts, attitudes, and actions. By doing so, we not only find personal fulfillment but also participate in God's redemptive work in the world.

Transformation begins with the renewal of the mind. This renewal happens as we consistently seek God's Word, prayer, fellowship with other believers, and obedience to God's commands. It involves a shift in thinking—from the mindset of the world to a mindset that aligns with God's truth and righteousness.

We engage individually and as a community in this pursuit so that we reflect God’s will for all people. It is our prayer that our Heritage community surrenders to God's guidance and allows His Word to transform our thoughts and actions to reflect Him to the world.
