Caleb Brink

Intermediate/Middle School Assistant Principal & Varsity Football Head Coach

Meet Caleb Brink, our Intermediate and Middle School Assistant Principal and Varsity Head Football Coach! An educator with a deep sense of purpose, Caleb was inspired to pursue a career in education because of the profound impact his K-12 teachers had on his life. “My life was radically impacted by the teachers I had during my K-12 experience,” he shared. “It is a vocation that is full of purpose and meaning; I consider myself extremely blessed to call myself an educator.”

Caleb holds a bachelor’s degree in secondary education and English from Wheaton College and a master’s in educational administration from Lamar University. He was drawn to Heritage for its proven track record of excellence in gospel-centered learning. “In my humble opinion, Heritage Christian is offering the best product in the Indianapolis area,” he said.

As a third-generation Christian school graduate, Caleb’s leadership philosophy is deeply rooted in his faith. “Christian education is valuable because it lets parents partner with the Church to give their children the foundations of a biblical worldview – a rich inheritance,” he explained. He is passionate about equipping students to understand who Jesus is and how they can impact the world for Christ.

Caleb’s faith is the foundation of his work, shaping his approach to discipline, learning, and human flourishing. “My faith is the lens through which I see everything,” he said. Prayer also plays a central role in his leadership. “As I go throughout my day, I am in prayer constantly, trusting the Lord to give me wisdom as I make decisions. I pray that everything I do is Spirit-led.”

This year’s spiritual theme, “Immeasurably More,” resonates deeply with Caleb. “It reminds me of how time and time again God shows up and surprises His followers with more than they could have ever imagined,” he shared.

Outside of school, Caleb enjoys playing basketball and going on walks with his wife. If given the chance to travel anywhere, he’d love to visit Hawaii and learn how to surf.
