Michelle Schall
Girls' Discipleship Coordinator for Grades 5-8

Michelle Schall serves as the Girls' Discipleship Coordinator for 5th through 8th grades. With over 20 years of experience in both public and private school environments, she has a deep appreciation for the unique energy and daily rewards of working with students.
Michelle holds an undergraduate degree in social work from Taylor University and a master’s degree in social work from Indiana University. She was drawn to Heritage Christian School not only because of a long-standing family connection but also for the opportunity to integrate faith into her daily work with students and colleagues.
Her philosophy is rooted in intentional and relational discipleship, focusing on the spiritual and emotional care of each student. Michelle shared that she hopes to impact the students at Heritage by helping them learn about and mature in their walk with Jesus before they head off on their own. And this mission is central to her work, from planning spiritual engagement opportunities to teaching Bible classes. Prayer is a vital part of her approach, and she is dedicated to praying for students and the school community daily.
Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching Notre Dame football, reading, cooking, and taking long walks. She also loves watching her own children play sports at Heritage.
